Citizen vs. citizen

Reading through the Constitution I noticed that the word Citizen is capitalized. My understanding of the english language leads me to interpret that to mean that a Citizen is the sovereign individual from whom the governing authority is drawn. Reading through the Bill of Rights and the Amendments I ...

Winning back our Nation

While speaking with a friend regarding the reseating the original jurisdiction a question came up. If the Corp. U.S. owns everything, then doesn't it also own all of the military equipment that the U.S. Military has? If that is the case, then what will the U.S. Military use to defend the original ju...

Re: Land Patent—

You may want to go back and read the Land 101 article.

Perhaps listen to the audio file at this link: "Do you own your land".

You may find this thread insightful as well: Foreclosure.

Re: My thoughts/reason for being here.

Pepper, While nearly every corporation one may wish to work for today requires a SSN, that doesn't mean that it is required, by law, to have one. I have yet to read the law that states a sovereign individual must apply for and use a SSN; and, if you have read the law that says so, I would like to kn...

Corp. U.S. Mythology

Admin,

Is there a time frame for when one can expect the Corp. U.S. Mythology link to be activated?

Just curious, thanks.

Questioning Ed Griffin's Analysis

Dear Admin, I am not sure if you had seen this or not. While telling some friends about Team Law we got talking about Ed Griffin. I directed them to Myth #22 . In response they directed me to an Analysis by Ed Griffin of the topic, IS THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT A CORPORATION? IF TRUE, SO WHAT? . H...

Why is it, when I download the high-resolution images of the Corp. U.S.'s presentation of the Constitution and it's subsequent amendments displayed at the corp government archives "Charters of Freedom" page, it shows clearly penned "Article XIII" for the abolition of slavery arti...

Original Jurisdiction Government

Dear Admin, At what level in the Corp U.S. are the officials aware that they are officers of a foreign corporation and not operating in the original jurisdiction capacity? Do you know? It seems to me that the Executive Branch would be well aware,as well, as some in the Senate; and, I know from Senat...

Railroad Right of Ways—

A century and a half ago a forefather of mine was one of the owners of a railroad here in New Jersey. The line ran up until the 1950s and was then abandoned. The railroad company hasn't existed for over half a century. What happens to the right of way rights that were granted to the railroad by Cong...

Property Taxes—

I had read in one of the Land Patent articles that once the land patent had been accepted, one could then move to dissolve the relationship with the tax collector. Would this remove the liability for all taxes levied against the land, it's chattel and structures? Or, just the tax levied against the ...

Constitution for the United States (13th Amendment)

I have been perusing the online resources section on this site and am wondering if there is a link to the original Constitution. I see two links to the "Corp U.S." constitution, but nothing for the original jurisdictions. Am I overlooking it?

Thanks.

Thanks for the input Brinton. I guess I should familiarize myself with both. As far as the reorganization act, I assume that you have read it. If so, were you able to locate it online? I have been searching the state archives website and the official state website and cannot find it. Online, I only ...

New Jersey Constitution—

Hello All, I have been studying this site for about a month now. I, too, have started doing research independent of this site. In my search for the original jurisdiction constitution in my state I have come to stumbling block. The Constitution had been re-written twice, 1844 and 1947, since it's ori...
