Re: Disloving the trust

Isn't the Declaration of Independence a trust? That is if we express that trust. Since the the courts have construed the trust to their advantage, "We The People", being the Creator of the trust, have the ability to re-establish the trust as it was intended. Would that not establish that t...

Re: Freedom Documents

Loujen213,
If you are truly interested in learning the law, and you thought the response you got was great, I strongly suggest becoming a beneficiary and learn the law. Beneficiaries have the opportunity for indepth study and help understanding that which they do not.

One of the ever ongoing things I enjoy the most, is to not only learn the laws, but to actually learn to understand the laws as you go. To be able to continue to learn the history of thi...

Gabo,
The man is not the trustee, he lends his consciousness and physical capacity to the trustee capacity. The trust is subject to the laws of Corp. U.S. Go back and read the Team Law web-site.<div align="center"> (red comment inserted by Admin.) </div>

Keep in mind, the Land Patent pertains to the land, not what is on the land. You may want to reread "Do you own your Land."

I appreciate and understand clearly the trust/trustee relationship. I was going to come back last night and clarify what I had typed, for I knew what I typed didnot really make sense, but got involved in a science special. I knew what I meant, and what I meant to type was correct. When push comes to...

The card I have also bears the account number of a Social Security Trust Account, if it were mine, I could just tear it up and do with it as I please, which most definitely is not the case. You are even appraised of its' value, by being told to keep it in a safe place.

Re: Form W-4 and Withholding for Taxes

Does the Bible not tell us in Matthew, that we should never swear an oath, that a simple yes should be sufficient? How then can an oath be sworn on a tax statement, even if done so by the trustee of the SS Trust?

Re: Capitalization of names

Patriot, I believe you have misunderstood what Admin was stating. The all cap name is not the defining issue involved as to whether or not "JOHN DOE", as opposed to "John Doe", is not the defining reason that makes "JOHN DOE" an entity. It is the nature of the SS Accoun...

I have had my IMF decoded and found it quite interesting. My IMF shows that I am not required to file a form 1040, however, I have just recently had a lien and levy placed on me. The levy amazingly enough is for 100% of my commissions. That leaves me $0.00 to live on. Now, isn't that a government we...
