Re: Learning the law

Rob,

The Queen of England certainly does not own the land in the United States of America. The King of England gave up all claim to title of the land here when he gave the people that colonized the United States of America 'land patents'.

Re: Similar group trying to seat Original Jurisdiction

Longhair,
Study how the Original Jurisdiction Government is lawfully seated then compare that with both what Team Law offers and with what those other organizations offer and you will know the answer to your question.

Re: PATRIOT ACT, NDAA & Homeland Security Act

The Constitution is just a piece of paper that has no authority over the common man. Chimera, Yes you are correct about one thing . The Constitution is instead a document written by the common man to create and control the government. It was never intended nor could it ever 'have authority over the...

Alcon519,
You would have to read your state and federal statues concerning bankruptcy to determine what remedies the debt collector has.

Re: Chain of Title ommisions

. There are gaps....there is no possible way to resolve this since there is only one living person who is involved in the said Chain. Mike, Any of the 'heirs' of the 'assigns' on this grant will do. Providing there is a documented chain of title to them from the original land grant. I just find it ...

Mike, If this lady you speak of does not have a documented chain of title from the original land grant to her then she is not be the best person to get the assignment from. (if she cannot prove through documented chain of title that she does possess the land rights then how will you ever prove under...

Re: Chain of Title ommisions

Gentlemen, I think your best course of action would be to seek out the last person that held the land rights and had a documented chain of title all the way back to the original land grant. If this person cannot be found then I would seek out one of their heirs. Once I found either one of those I wo...

Re: mineral rights and land patent

Dear Aksourdough, I would doubt the land patent you speak of is the same as a land patent from one of the contiguous 48 States. The original jurisdiction president was not seated to grant such a land patent. I would expect that the State of Alaska is simply a corporation also. I am sure admin can sh...

Viviv, I think the first thing you need to realize is that you are sovereign, you were born sovereign. Your sovereignty is what binds you to the contracts you do enter into. Therefore there is no need to do anything to gain it. You just need to learn how to act sovereign. As for this LLC, I doubt th...
