Re: Founding fathers

Hi Mike,
Federalist no. 10 by Madison is a good place to start. He contrasts a democracy to a republic.

Enjoy!

Re: Trading With The Enemies Act of 1933

The other thing that people might want to consider when they desire to become beneficiaries is that Team Law beneficiaries can only be flesh and blood men and women. However, I'm confident that Team Law accepts donations from any organization (i.e. - trust, corporations, partnerships, etc...) that f...

I am a team law beneficiary and have nothing but great things to say. I was able to secure my land patent on the land I previously owned. Best thing you can do is do your own research and try to prove 'em wrong. If you become a beneficiary you will speed up your learning curve dramatically. Their ed...

I am gathering items for our homeschool year and was curious as to what materials and/or books you use to teach your children history. Thank you! And give my best to Roxanna. Larae

RE: Owning a business...

Hello Team Law,

Thanks for this in-depth analysis. It is much appreciated. My guess is that I would benefit tremendously by taking this analysis and reading the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871.

OJ Governor - Requirements —

Hello Team Law, I am interested in helping you reseat the nations government and I have a question. Does a governor need to own land in the state where he holds office? Or does he just need to get elected by other land owners. For example, if a person were to be renting at the present time with no i...

Marriage - Trusts, Stewards, Persons Oh my.

Once a person understands this capacity thing a bit. It is easy to see that a church would want any person's identified by a SSN to get a marriage licence as such entities are trusts, and therefore incompetant to otherwise marry. The problem is that the man and woman (stewards) getting married don't...

Property Taxes

One question: Where would one start in researching the fact that Property Taxes "are not constitutionally controlled, that is to say, they do not have to be uniform, apportioned or excise in their nature, because they are contractual. They are related to the Voter’s Registration contract."...
