The WARN newsletter subscription

Postby Magnum7918 » Thursday December 4th, 2014 7:57 am MST

Hello. I would like to subscribe to the WARN newsletter. I don't understand the difference between the "regular" price and the "subscriber" price. Also once I have subscribed do I get access to all archived issues as well as new issues as they are produced?

interested in talking/chatting with like minded people

:h: Magnum7918:
Thank you for your inquiry.
We expect that you are asking about the difference between the Regular price column and the Subscriber price column on the Team Law Order Form. With that in mind:
  • The Regular price column contains the regular full retail prices that anyone can pay for the products listed;
  • The Subscriber price column contains the prices that a WARN newsletter subscriber can pay to get the products listed; and
  • Though you did not ask, the Beneficiary price column contains the prices Team Law beneficiaries can pay for the products listed.
Thus, the difference between the products so listed with reference to your question are if you are not such a subscriber then your cost for a subscription is the Regular price listed of $150.00. However, if you are already a subscriber or a Team Law beneficiary you can purchase a gift subscription for anyone else at the subscriber price of $100.00. That is why the form has the word “gift” in front of the Subscriber Price. It says “gift” because subscribers and Team Law beneficiaries already have the subscription for themselves; so, the only reason they would want to make such a purchase is if they wanted to give such a gift to others.

Regarding access: As the form shows, the WARN newsletter is currently “out of print; respectively, the only issue that is currently available is volume 1 issue; which is available on the website. Our intent is to at some time get issues 2–12 on the internet but we simply have not had the time to get that task accomplished yet. Thus, the only current benefit is the subscriber can purchase items from the Order Form at subscriber prices.

Whenever we get the opportunity to generate the secure site for subscribers, we will give them access to the online version of all of the issues from the volume they subscribe to as they come available. A subscription covers 12 issues when or if that service ever goes online.

Some time ago we indicated that we were going to remove the subscriber section from the order form but people indicated that they wanted us to keep it as a functional and inexpensive gift. Thus, it remains.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
