Information on the settlement of bankruptcy

Postby ppdfarm1 » Thursday September 25th, 2008 3:53 am MDT

It is understood that the Strawman Trust is going to cover the individuals bankruptcy outlays by the Bankruptcy Judge and the Bankruptcy Trustee. My question is:
  1. All the creditors are paid. YES or NO
  2. The State takes that value times 10. YES , NO or some other multi.
  3. The Fed Trustee takes 10x state value. YES, No or other.
Can these be returned to the source? 1099A, 1099-OID or other.
I have looked everywhere I could think of without going into the judges/trustees locked chambers.
Need the information to help several people that need the help. Both pre and post 2005.
Thank you

:h: Ppdfarm1:
Due to your reference to “the Strawman” we refer you to our Patriot Mythology articles regarding that topic beginning with: Myth 1: The Strawman. The other myths related to that one are linked to that one so you should easily find them.

Bankruptcy actions only deal with taxpayers identified by their Taxpayer Identification Number; therefore, we must understand that the “individual” in the bankruptcy is one of those taxpayers. The manner you used to address the so called “Strawman” and the “individual” in the bankruptcy indicates you may not yet understand the parties related to the bankruptcy; accordingly, we suggest you may want to first read the article where the Standard for Review is found. After that you may want to go back to the Patriot Mythology page and read Myth 22. When you do, make sure you read each of the seven linked pages listed as, “Prerequisite Knowledge” before proceeding with the rest of the myth’s relation.

Regarding your numbered points:
  1. In most cases creditors in bankruptcies are written off, not paid. Though that depends on the type of bankruptcy and the judges determination.
  2. We have no idea what your question is here. You did not provide sufficient information for us to respond.
  3. Likewise we have no idea what you are asking here (insufficient information).
The nature of your inquiry at this point seems
  1. Too personal an inquiry for the Open Forum system, perhaps you should have used a private message to Admin instead.
  2. We can only give Team Law beneficiaries support with personal details and help them learn how to properly learn, understand and apply the code.
The question you asked after the numbered paragraphs was also too vague for us to be able to respond and the cause for which you indicated you need this information is not a cause we can support. That is to say, we do not provide training services to third parties so that they can pass it on to others. We need to make certain that the parties we help have firsthand knowledge and support with the information we provide.

Still, we hope this information we were able to provide is helpful to you.
