Question regarding named Landowner

Postby American National » Thursday September 1st, 2011 6:38 am MDT

The house we're buying will be in my Wife's name, will we be able to add my name to the Land Patent even though I am not originally on the Color of Title?

Thanks.

The easy answer is, “Yes”; however, though your inquiry was simple enough to answer directly, the substance behind such a question bears the necessity for a comprehensive review the nature of which would require Team Law beneficiary support; wherefore, such a review will have to be reserved until you are a Team Law Beneficiary. Then, such a review will best be made over a live phone call where we can help you learn how to understand the nuances of such relationships and the manner under which secure asset protection and complete control can be had over both the land and the property appurtenant to it.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
