Land Patent—

Postby Marvdor1 » Monday August 11th, 2008 7:43 am MDT

Would a Land Patent help if a home is in Mortgage Foreclosure? Could the County Sheriff still take my home eventhough I acquire a Land Patent sandwich? Please advise.

You may want to go back and read the Land 101 article.

Perhaps listen to the audio file at this link: "Do you own your land".

You may find this thread insightful as well: Foreclosure.
