Land Patents

Postby Scj483 » Saturday March 12th, 2011 10:58 am MST

I was wondering if the only way one could get a land patent was if you have your property paid and have a deed, I guess what I'm asking is I still have a lean against my home and does that exclude me from having it changed into a land patent? even if the bank holds the lean?.
Reason for this question is the city in whick I live is getting a bit out of control on this eminent domain thing, and recently have given the city code enforcement powers to not only tell you how the outside of your house is to be but now can tell you what the inside is to be, and are forcing people into either fix it which most here cant or be fine'd or have your property seized, and now they are thinking of wideing the road and that could be trouble for people that live close to the road and alot do!.
Any Ideas
Tnx
Tim

Hi Scj438,
Welcome to the Forum! It seems from the language that you used in your post that your are having difficulty distinguishing between land, and property appurtenant to the land. The encumbrances you described in your post regarding the property appurtenant to the land have nothing to do with the ability to secure land by patent. I would recommend reading every post on the open forum starting with Contracts, Trusts and the Corporation Sole and Land 101 if you haven't already.

I also highly recommend becoming a Beneficiary of Team Law; they will not do your work for you but they will accelerate the learning process, and provide the necessary support to get started with learning the law. A great way to get nominated is through the The Way of Kings™. They provide asset protection systems that are unrivaled, which can be used to maintain proper control over the land and its appurtenances. Good luck with your studies!

As Surfcake suggested, you need to read the Land 101 article from our Land Patent Forum. It is a mini-course on the topic. In it you will discover that the Land Patent is the Title to the land. Thus, in all likelihood, if you are the owner of the real estate, you also most likely already have the right to the Title to the Land (Land Patent).

Also, it is impossible to change what you have (Deed, etc.) into a land patent; because, the Land Patent is the Title to the Land and the Deed is merely a color of title instrument that may (if the Deed has a proper foundation) prove your right to the Title (Land Patent). Whether the Deed can so prove your right to the Title depends upon the Chain of Title; which is all of the documents in the chain between the Title and your Deed. The Title (Land Patent) itself never changes; however, the Chain of Title proves the meaning of the words on the face of the Land Patent. To delve into this matter any further here would require Team Law beneficiary support; thus, we will leave it at that.

Accordingly, the only hope for the people so threatened by the city, as you related their dilemma, is they must learn the law and accordingly learn how to stand against such tyrannical behavior. For us to help any of them they will have to first be Team Law beneficiaries. Only then can Team Law be of service to them as they begin to learn the law firsthand from their own study of the law and its history from its source.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Please forward a contact number as we would like to acquire a Do it Yourself Land Patent Training Manual. We have the certified true original Crown Grant however we would like to learn more and understand the importance of having a complete abstract of previous ownership. We would consider becoming Team Law Beneficiaries member's.
Thank You... Del and Janis Herbison

:h: Del and Janis:
Thank you for your inquiry and welcome to our Open Forum.
Your inquiry makes it seem like you may not be aware of Team Law’s website. If you will follow that link to Team Law’s website, you will notice that one of the main menu items there is a link to Contacting Team Law. That page will provide you with access to the contact phone number you requested; as well as, to our respective call times.

You will also find a main menu item there that will link you to our Online Store; where you will also discover our Fulfillment Office’s contact information (that is where orders are fulfilled at Team Law.

To learn what you are asking for regarding Title to Land (land patents) you will find links to several pages of articles on that website from the main menu and most of what you should know regarding the importance of having a complete Title is found on the Land 101 article in this forum.

To learn more about Becomming a Beneficiary there is a main menu link to that there as well. When you discover how that works, most people would consider that not accepting a nomination to become a Team Law beneficiary as a bit insane; thus, there is little to consider regarding that matter; so, we will leave that topic with that and hope that you might become familiar with our Forum Rules as well (considering that doing so is an elemental requirement to becoming a registered user on our Open Forum system.

With that, again we welcome you to our Forum and hope you enjoy your journey.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
