Sequence of attack for those in dishonor to you.

Postby EdenN » Tuesday July 14th, 2009 5:00 am MDT

Hey I'm new to the forums. I was wondering what prosedures need to be taken when someone is in dishonor to you and what options are available. Say if someone is in debt to you how would you liquidate them or similarly seize their bond?

Also what defence do you have if a police officer is enforcing a fraudulent opinion of law and how do you hold them commercially liable for such actions? (If you had their gross negligence/fraudulent words recorded)

Do police officers have an oath which can be accepted as a contract to which can be made to hold them accountable for actions?

How do you go on the offensive if a court judge acts outside of his oath of office and what would be examples of actions impling such?

One last question how does one research common law ?

Thanks for your time.

First, we would like to point you to the Standard for Review; because, before one can understand anything in law (or in any relationship), one must know who the parties are, including yourself, fully before any relationship can be ascertained. Knowing the history that lead to each relationship is critical to understanding what each party can and cannot do.

If we were involved in some sort of misconduct by those lending consciousness and capacity to some Corp. US agency office, we'd first want to be sure what actions that office allows and prohibits. If some person steps outside of this office and uses the guise of his authority to do misconduct, and we had proof of it, we'd look into Quo Warranto and other civil actions. Title 18 is for those that criminally break the law of Corp. US.

In the State we reside in, we regularly deal with Corp. ILLINOIS, and if we had cause for a Quo Warranto action, we'd look in 735 ILCS 5. I won't go any further than that, because finding it from there is really easy, and it's best to encourage everyone to learn the law for themselves from their own hands on research in the law itself. I am asking you to do the requisite research in your state.

If we're dealing with a human being lending consciousness and capacity to a District of Columbia office who oversteps his bounds, we might want to look at Title 16 of the District of Columbia Code.

Also, Corp. US at the Federal Level has statutes in place which offers remedy in response to civil rights violations by state officials. Try looking in Title 42 USC § 1983.

We hope we've been helpful. Thanks for your desire to learn the law.

You were fortunate that Infinitcell responded first because we would have to tell you that the nature of all of your questions is such that you would need Team Law beneficiary support for us to help you with the answers to any of them. Infinitcell was right in telling you that the answers you are seeking are found in your direct study of history and the law; and the key to getting that study right is in meticulously following our Standard for Review and avoiding third-party interpretations of the law and sourcing such information on the internet.

For us to go beyond that level of response, you would have to be a Team Law beneficiary.

So, we hope this information is helpful to you.
