Since the 2020 Election the United States has been undergoing a change from the peoples’ USA to Chinese controlled U.S.S.A. ☭    If you've read the book FAKE 2, by Team Law's Trustee, Eric W. Madsen, you will already understand the effect of the Prevailing Mythology—that is the myth that you are a social security cardholder (see: Corp. U.S. Myth 10).  In fact, that Myth is the basis of the most prevalent new religion in the United States today.  From FAKE 2 you will have learned that at the first meeting of the Carnegie Foundation the global elite announced their intention to create a collectivist society the people could volunteer for and give them control of the government and the economy.  Their intention would take time to unfold.  However, in the 2020 Election, we saw how effective they were.  The Global Elite caused or inspired changes that ultimately gave them control of government, education, the economy and the media; then came China.

China's CCP could see how effective the Global Elite were; so, the CCP is busy buying the position the Global Elite had formed.  Today, China seems to control Biden, the media, the D.N.C., and many businesses in the USA.  For example, take a look at modern battery powered systems.  Hybrid and electric cars from General Motors, Ford, and Tesla are powered by batteries from China's Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd. (CATL).  Kudos to Virginia's Governor, Glenn Youngkin, for blocking Ford from their plan to build a $3.6 billion plant for EV battery manufacturing in the Berry Hill, Virginia, region.  Ford would have been the 100 percent owner of the plant, though CATL would own the technology and operate the facility.  The Epoch Times reported that Gov. Youngkin's spokeswoman, Macaulay Porter, told them, “While Ford is an iconic American company, it became clear that this proposal would serve as a front for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which could comprise our economic security and Virginians’ personal privacy.”  The problem is, too many people are still trading with China and other states are quite willing to allow China to buy their way in.  Thus, China is taking over what the Global Elite started and to many Americans aren't paying attention to the fact that we are at war with them.

Throughout President Trump’s term of office, it was all too obvious that something was different.  While President Trump was busy keeping his promises and quickly becoming the most favored President of the United States in history, the global elite were moving forward with their agenda by controlling Congress and the media.  By 2020, the United States was well on its way back to the Constitutional Republic the founders had idealized with our inspired Constitution.  However, In September of 2019, shortly after President Trump returned from signing the first economic treaty of its kind with China, the Chinese released the CoViD-19 virus from Wuhan, China.  By July 2020, President Trump gave a press conference to inform Americans that the United States had been attacked with two distinctively different weapons of mass destruction; each of which caused more damages in loss of life and economic destruction than the total cost of WWII.  President Trump made it clear that both of those weapons of mass destruction were launched by China against the United States; and, he respectively responded by declaring War against China. 

Still, though the media covered the presidential speech, they poo-pooed it, then ignored it.

What did the people do?  Nothing.

What can they do?  Learn the law and apply it.

Many of the people willing to fight to win our nation back have been fighting all along.  However, to make a real difference you have to: ① know who you are (see: “Standard for Review”); ② Learn how to learn and apply the Law (becoming a Team Law Beneficiary); and, ③ Apply the law to break free and stick with it until we succeed.

Nothing seemed to happen when people brought election fraud cases against the states regarding the 2020 election; that's because fraud cases can take a long time in court and they're hard to prove.

Others have been working with Team Law to learn how to bring Title 42 § 1983 Civil Rights cases for the violation of constitutionally secured rights focused on the Secretaries of State and County Election Supervisors that put the voting machines (allowing adjudication of ballots) in the election.

Forensic audits of election results, civil rights cases and others are now starting to bear the results of decertifying the 2020 and 2021 elections.

Though it is clear, President Trump won the election, the insurrecting Congress (in conjunction with VoteScam and the global elite's control over the media) failed to seat him and instead allegedly sat a President and V.P. neither of which could qualify for the office.  Biden could not lawfully qualify because, during his campaign, he accepted millions from China (with whom we are at war) he was blatantly guilty of trading with the enemy—a capital crime.  Thus, the 14th Amendment requires that in order for Congress to seat him they would first have to excuse him from that violation of his oath with a 2/3 majority vote from both houses of Congress.  That never happened!  Still, Congress ignored that limitation even though they had the Hunter Biden laptop with the emails from China's Chairman acknowledging the purpose of their bribe.  Also, neither of Kamala Harris' parents were citizens of the United States when she was born; which citizenship of parents is required by the Constitution's mandate that no person that is not a natural born Citizen can be seated or serve as a President or Vice President of the United States.

The problem with those disqualifications is that Congress does not possess the authority to seat anyone with such disabilities; so, they cannot have possibly lawfullyseated either Biden or Harris.

Yet, Neither Congress nor the people have done anything to resolve this dilemma

Daily, we see the wars and rumors of war blasted out on the controlled media with special focus on the events taking place in the Ukraine.  The reports all make is sound like the Russians are terrible and the world needs to step up and support the Ukraine; however:

Stop now!
And, understand one thing about that entire scenario:
The Ukraine is to Russia what Texas is to the United States.
The Ukraine is not a separate country from Russia.
The Ukraine is part of Russia.

Imagine Mexico was making friends with and became an ally of China.  Then imagine Mexico started romancing Texas into building Chinese chemical warfare labs, like the one in Wuhan, in Texas.  Now, realize – Texas is the only State in the Union of the United States that reserved the right to maintain their own standing army and the State's ownership of the land withing their boundary.  Finally, imagine that the Texans start bringing in Chinese and Mexican military hardware into the State — and, that is now very nearly exactly the same thing that is going on in the Ukraine.

So, what would the United States of America do if that had happened in Texas?

You can count on it — such a thing would never be allowed!!!

The bottom line: we live in the last days prophesied in scripture.  We are in the middle of WWIII—a quiet yet the most costly war in history.  Those prophesies tell us there are two ways for our problems to be resolved.  Either we return our hearts to our Creator, learn and live in accord with His law and lawfully resolve our conflicts or when we are done destroying what He gave us He will burn off what's left and complete His work. 

Recently, I've been studying The beginning of Exodus, where Moses discovers what appears to be a burning bush that is not consumed.  He climbs the Mountain to get a better look at this bush and finds Jehovah.  From his experience he gathers that in comparison to Jehovah, he is nothing.  Yet, God tells Moses he (Jehovah) created his only begotten son Israel; then he gave Moses the lineage from Adam to Jacob (who was honored with the new name "Israel"), of which Moses was a part.  Moses was then commanded to go and free the Children of Israel (Jacob) from Egypt.

Like us in times like these, Moses didn't think he was up to the task.  He shared his belief in his weaknesses with God and was reminded that God would be with him to give him strength and fight the battle.  Moses would not be alone.

So it is with us.  If we will hearken to our Creator and remember who we are, build a close relationship with God (through faithful prayer, study and work) then he will remain with us as we apply the law to same our nation and ourselves.

We can win our nation back; however, it takes work.  We have to learn and apply the law..

The problem:  today, most of the common people don’t know the law; instead they learn about presuppositions of law from many different sources; none of which include the law itself.  They are told that the law is too complex to learn firsthand.  Yet,nothing could possibly be further from the truth.  Anyone can learn the law firsthand; you only need to learn how; and, that�s what Team Law does.  We help people learn how to learn the law firsthand from the source—the law itself. 

Some people say:  “So, why should I learn the law—I’m getting along fine just the way things are right now.”

If you think that is true, just take a look around you and notice the signs of our times.  Did you ever imagine the members of Congress would:  Ignore the Constitution’s mandate and seat a President that could not possibly qualify for the office;  Take control over and mandate your health care;  Allow people serving in high government offices to openly commit Treason?    Can you comprehend the effect of the current outstanding Corp. U.S. reported debt of:

And, that doesn�t count either the unpaid rent+ due on FRN�s or the over $210 Trillion in unfunded debts and Corp. U.S. obligations); Divided between each household in the country that's over $1.6 million each; which means, the debt is so far beyond the total economic production of the nation that most people simply ignore it as the elephant in the corner about which nothing can be done!  Haven’t you noticed the super high cost of fast food, gasoline, etc.?  Events over the last year have made it clear to virtually everyone that if something isn�t done soon, very bad things will happen!

People sometimes look at such things and give up; because, they believe there’s nothing they can do. Nothing could be further from the truth; there are many things any individual can do.  For example:

1. Because the people compelled most of the States to go over to election tabulation machines instead of computer controlled polling machines, on: November 8, 2016, Corp U.S. registered voters elected Donald Trump as the next Corp. U.S. President.
2. Yet in the 2020 election Votescam was back and voting machines were allowing supervisor controlled “adjudication” (changing) of cast votes; which is a violation of the constitutionally secured Right to Vote.  Therefore, you can easily learn and apply the law to re secure our election system; Team Law can show you how.
3. When a government official violates the law and acts beyond the scope of their office, it is becoming of the people to hold them accountable using actions like: Quo Warranto actions; however, doing so requires people must actually learn the law and apply it.

   And, these are just a few of the things people can do in accord with the law to preserve their rights, liberty and freedoms.  Learn and apply the remedies.

Have you ever noticed?  Success is rarely achieved by first imagining the worst case scenario for the future.

If you start out looking at any problem by imagining what “they” are going to do about some impending doom, you are simply imagining that doom.  Life has certainly taught you that when you dwell on the negative side of things it’s difficult to impossible to develop a positive vision of the future; yet, when you count your blessings and look at your possibilities you can make from them, your future gets brighter and filled with possibilities.  Therefore, regardless of what has already happened, the future is not yet written.  You write your present and future experience with every thought and action you take.  The same thing goes for a positive vision of the future—your thankfulness for your current blessings and vision of a future your desire causes you to take actions that can insure that positive vision of the future; just make sure those actions are made in accord with law.

Let’s face it, virtually every negative component of our present status is the result of some political action taken by people serving their own interests in Corp. U.S. or made in response to such acts.  And, the only reason the people are trending their focus on imagined futures they do not desire is, they don't know of anything else that can be done; which is usually a result of their ignorance of the law!

We believe Benjamin Franklin showed us all the way on: September 18, 1787, when, at the close of the meeting in Philadelphia, where our Constitutional Republic was formed; as he emerged from the meeting; and, Mrs. Powell directly asked him, “Well, Doctor, what have we got?  A republic or a monarchy?”  Mr. Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it!”

His response has never been more important than today.
Can we keep it? 

Benjamin Franklin was inspired to point his response to us: meaning, we could only keep it if we’re willing to learn how it works.  In other words, if we learn the law and how to apply it then we can control our government and keep our Republic.  However, today, our Constitution, our nation and even our world are hanging by a thread; so, there’s little time to either learn and apply the law to prevent that loss.

Of course, you also need to know who you are and what your relationship with “the government” is.

So, to understand that you will need to take a look at the way you do business with others. For example: if you have a bank account, take a look at the records with which you started the account�did they include a reference to a Social Security number or card?  If they did, you will need to find that respective card and read the writing on the back of the card.  There, you will find words to the effect of: “This card does not belong to you; it belongs to the United States government; and, should we ask for its return, you must return it to us.”

Now, notice: in law, if the card does not belong to you, the only way you could lawfully be in possession of that card is if it was entrusted to you via a Cardholder—i.e. a Trust.  In other words, the Social Security cardholder is not you; rather, it is a U.S. government agency trust.  You merely lend it consciousness and physical capacity through that trust's Trustee office.

Respectively, the Social Security number is not your number; it also belongs to the U.S. government; and, the Social Security Administration has published that Congress ‘created the Social Security Name and number combination to uniquely distinguish said cardholder from any people of the same or a similar name.’ (For more information on that topic see: Corp. Team Law has repeatedly shown how easy it is for the people to learn how to learn and apply the law that would easily, almost automatically, return Corp. U.S. to the Constitution; and, how to use that process to restore our Constitutional Republic, re-seat our original jurisdiction government to full power, call the debt owed to our original jurisdiction government (which would eliminate most if not all of the Corp. U.S. debt) and return our nation to its gold and silver backed monetary system.

Before some people can accept that vision of the future, they ask: “If it’s so easy to do, how come no one has done it?”

We reply: “It only takes one person in each Congressional District; aren’t you such a person?”

In each case they say: “Yes.”

So, we ask: “So, why haven’t you done it?”

Again, in each case, their reason is: “I didn’t know how.”

So, we show them how and ask: Now that you know how, will you do it?  Will you let us help you get it done?”

After people begin to notice the possibilities, they start to be inspired with how awesome such a future would be.
Still, some say: “Yeah, but, I can’t see Corp. U.S. ever letting that happen.”

To that we ask: “Why?  Can't you see that the imagined future of doom and gloom is just that—an imagined future that would effect everyone; even those in Corp. U.S.  More importantly, can’t you see that imagined scenario was constructed by you in your mind and if you choose to follow that path, it has no good end for anyone—no one but Lucifer benefits from such a limiting broken view of the future.

“The bottom line: that destructive future view is imagined—something you created to occupy a space in your mind.  Ask yourself: “Does it provide you with anything you want to work for—anything you desire to put your heart and soul behind?
If not, why leave such a broken fictitious vision in your mind?

“Surely, everyone knows the future has not actually happened yet; and, the best way to have the future happen as you desire it to is: start counting your current blessings; and, from what you already have, start creating a positive vision of something you do desire.  So, instead of imagining a future that limits you from virtually every aspect of the hopes and dreams that have, from the beginning of time, made life worth living; notice how easy it is to learn a few simple functions of law, then imagine the effects of a few people learning and applying those laws as they exist.  Again, when we showed you that vision, could you not see how easily, almost automatically, returning Corp. U.S. to the Constitution and using that process to restore our Constitutional Republic, re-seat our original jurisdiction government to full power, calling the debt owed to our original jurisdiction government (which would eliminate both the Corp. U.S. debt and income taxes) and returning our gold and silver backed monetary system?  Isn’t that a better way to occupy the space in your mind devoted to your imagination of the future?”

Invariably, it was.  Taking the simple steps necessary to insure that end is well worth the commitment to start learning how to learn the law. 

Some people remained concerned that while people continue to violate the laws of our nation while serving in high governmental positions they can keep us from having such visions come true.  To that we showed that when you learn the law you have the power to use it to eliminate such violations.  Still, because some of those people that have never learned how to so use the law, and never seen others do anything about such people abusing such offices, they do not believe it is possible.  They often become like the children of Israel that were instructed to look upon the serpents Moses mounted to his staff if they desired to be healed. Some of those people would not look to, in their minds, proving that looking would not cause them to be healed—they died; due to their lack of faith in Moses instructions.  Still, all those that did look upon the so mounted snakes, were healed.

So it is with us.  If we will learn the law and how to apply it, we will discover how well it works only after we actually so apply it.

Still, some people will turn away determined that such a vision is just: “Too good to be true.” 
Quite frankly, we have no idea what that means; how can anything be: “Too good to be true.” 
That opinion merely excuses people to believe in nonexistent limits that keep people from the possibilities standing right there before them.

Scripture provides: “All things are possible to those that believe.”  Again, that is not limited merely to the good available to us as in the vision we shared of a positive powerful future that will be ours it the people will simply learn and apply the simplest elements of law.  Respectively, all that needs to happen for evil to prevail is good men do nothing.  Either way, each path starts with a vision that drives your future.

What inspires people to believe in a future they don’t desire?  It starts by entertaining negative limiting thoughts; however, if you never stop to notice that the only reason you failed to use the law to save your life, family and nation was because you never knew it held provisions that would stop the insanity and return our nation to its inspired Constitutional Republic wouldn’t you jump at the chance to learn that you have that power and how to make it happen?

That’s why Team Law’s primary purpose is to help people learn how to learn the law; so, they can properly apply the law to restore our Constitutional Republic we accept virtually every opportunity to spread the word and make a difference.

Over the past 23+ years, by helping people learn how to learn and apply the law we have proven the law works.  The reason most people are unaware of that fact is because they simply have not learned how to learn the law.  They have either tried to learn and apply the law to no avail or they have witnesses or heard about others that were unsuccessful.  Respectively, when anyone attempts to apply the law incorrectly (or with an improper understanding of the actual nature of the relationships involved in any given situation), it is no surprise that what they thought was proper didn’t work.

We have repeatedly proven the law does work when it is applied properly with complete follow through.  That’s why, there is hope of reversing the effects of so many years of badly managed government.  The key is in learning the law and then applying it; and, that too is easy; with Team Law’s help.

Learning how to learn and properly apply the law gives people hope in the future.
Such hope inspires a vision of possibilities that drives faith; which causes positive action.
We believe the three most important actions people can take are:

3. Apply the Law (examples: Hold public servants accountable; and, Restore our Constitutional Republic).

Standard for Review

Rule 1: To understand any relationship you must:

First understand who the parties are (from their origin); Always know yourself first (start at Genesis 1:26�29); Discover the true nature of all other parties second; Then you must understand the historical and environmental nature of the relationship; and, Only then can you understand how applicable laws may effect the relationship; thus, it�s time to study such laws. Rule 2: Review the details of the relationship in question only after you have completed the review required by Rule 1, then review the actual terms of the relationship and the details in question in accord with what you learned from applying Rule 1.
