   These Terms of Use govern your access and use of this Team Law web site and its related sites (collectively, the “Team Law Site”).  Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Team Law Site.  By using the Team Law Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Team Law Site.
   For purposes of this Terms of Use agreement, it applies to your use of this site and all materials from Team Law, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, contractors and all of its and their data sources and suppliers.  These Terms of Use are in addition to the specific terms and conditions that apply to the specific agreements related to specific products or services offered by Team Law.
   Team Law has exercised due diligence to make sure that all of the information we provide is accurate and current; however, Team Law's purpose in providing the information on this site is to awaken people with the necessity of doing their own research first hand rather than trusting us or any other third party for information regarding the facts of history or law; for that reason and because Team Law uses 'in frame links to other sites' where we have no control over the data provided there; Team Law therefore does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the data and or information available on or through the Team Law Site.  The Information is provided “as is” for your convienience as a starting point for you to begin your confirming research on your own; thus it is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Again, the reason for this is, it is Team Law's purpose to inspire you to educate yourself rather than to educate you.  If we are to win our nation back it will be because you taught yourself the truth; not because sombody else taught you what they beleived, rather that you learned first hand from your own study and experience—that is the only way we can secure lasting peace, liberty and freedom.
   Therefore, in no way can (or in any event will) Team Law or its affiliates be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages for any use of or reliance upon the Information found at this Web Site, or on any other linked web site, including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if Team Law is expressly advised of the possibility of such potential damages.  Again we make this reservation because we want you to do your own research and prove the truth of all facts so that you remain accountable for your own actions.  In our time, all too often, people do things because they think things sound good when in fact there is no basis in fact, law or propriety in what they propose to do.  Eliminating such foolish actions is elemental to the educational services Team Law provides.  We want people everywhere to stop doing things because others say they should and learn to be self accountable.  From your own research, learn the truth first, then learn how to do what you believe you must to secure the proper outcome you desire and only then, when you know for yourself what you are doing is right, legal, lawful and that you are following the proper procedure to accomplish the task, take the appropriate action.
   You will be responsible for the content of any material you enter on the Team Law Site.  Team Law has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third parties on the Internet, even if accessed through the Team Law Site.  However, Team Law retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material that Team Law deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
   You may be able, through hypertext or other computer links, to gain access to other sites on the Internet that are not part of the Team Law Site (hereinafter “off-site access”); though such off-site access may or may not be accessed within a Team Law Site frame and Team Law's logo and menu may still present off-site access framed on your computer screen, Team Law makes no representations, warranties or endorsements with respect to any web site that may be accessed from a Team Law Site.  When you access a non-Team Law site from a Team Law Site, please understand that Team Law has no control over the content or information at that site.  Such links can be seen with browser features like the Microsoft Explorer, Status Bar.  It is your responsibility to protect your system from the internet and such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature even though Team Law secures its system from such things; our efforts to keep our system free of such things cannot shift your responsibility to protect your system upon us.
